IDEAL CANDIDATE

Ideally franchisees are proactive, reliable, and committed to a proven system. You should:

• Enjoy helping property owners create a great guest experience
• Be confident managing bookings, inquiries, and local operations
• Possess basic computer skills and strong communication abilities
• Be motivated, organised, and ready to build a long-term business in your local area

Prior real estate or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

When you join, you’ll pay an initial franchise fee of €9,400. This includes full training, access to all systems and tools, and ongoing support. In your first year, you should also budget for a €1,000 per month marketing fund and enough capital to cover your initial income gap while building your property portfolio.
