An opportunity to acquire a reputable estate agency in Alicante city, Costa Blanca, established in 2015 and serving local Spanish and international buyers and sellers across the new-build and resale residential markets. The husband-and-wife owners are selling due to retirement and wish to stop working as soon as possible.
Established business and client relationships
The agency has built a trusted name for integrity and personalised service, with a growing client base, consistent year-on-year sales and net profits, and reliable cash flow. Strong relationships with new-build developers and resale partners support its sales pipeline.
A professional referral network includes lawyers, mortgage brokers and architects, creating opportunities for referrals and cross-selling. Marketing assets include a social media following of over 7,000, with scope to develop multilingual website SEO and CRM-driven lead generation.
Freehold office premises
The spacious two-level office has main road frontage and excellent visibility in Alicante city. The exact address is available to serious buyers.
The premises total 106 m², comprising 62 m² on the ground floor and 44 m² on the first floor, plus a small front terrace. Facilities include one bathroom, a kitchen area, installed air conditioning and an alarm system. Free on-street parking is available, along with additional secure rear parking with private access to the premises.
Sale terms
The €350,000 asking price includes the business, valued at €150,000, and the office freehold, valued at €200,000.
As an alternative, the owners may consider a rent-to-buy or deferred payment arrangement, subject to agreement, with at least 50% of the total price paid upfront (€175,000 at the advertised price). Any rental or deferred payment component must be limited to a maximum of two years.
Handover and further information
The owners seek a prompt sale and retirement. Any essential operational handover and introductions would be brief and agreed in advance, consistent with their wish to stop working as soon as possible.
