1 Bedroom Cortijo
Downstairs consists of an Open Plan Lounge with wood log burner and Kitchen area, with a bathroom with walk in shower area, toilet and sink unit.
Upstairs is the single Bedroom with original wooden beams and door leading to a private terrace area with wooden pergola for shade for outside dining.
2 Bedroom Cortijo
Downstairs consists of a Spanish Style Kitchen with original wooden ceiling beams with stairs leading upstairs to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Off the kitchen is the Lounge area with original wooden ceiling beams, wifi, and wood log burner.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms both with double beds in them and also the bathroom with a walk in shower area, toilet and sink unit.
Outside the front of the Cortijo is the private terrace area with wooden pergola for shade for outside dining and a spanish tiled seating bench with fantastic views across the countryside.
4 Bedroom Cortijo
Access can be either through the main front door or via the kitchen door. As you come in from the front door you access the large main Lounge area with wood log burner. Into the double heighted hallway you have steps down in the fully fitted kitchen and off the kitchen a Utility Room with walk in shower toilet and sink and washing machine area.
Off the kitchen is the large Dining Room with wood log burner. From the Hallway you access the 4th Bedroom with 2 Single Beds in there.
Upstairs you have 3 large bedrooms all with King Size beds within them and also ensuite bathrooms in each one (walk in shower area, toilet and sink unit), 2 of the bedrooms also have built in wardrobes as well, and the front bedroom is more of a family bedroom which has an area off the main bedroom with 2 x Single Beds in there so ideal as a Family Bedroom. Also upstairs are some more stairs leading to a Roof Terrace with far reaching views over the local countryside.
Out of the kitchen door you then have access to the Private Pool area and Terrace.
There is also a large tool shed/storage unit at the side of the houses.
Overall you can sleep 15 in all 3 of the Cortijo’s.
The Cortijo’s are on Mains Water but also have 2 x 2000 litre back up water tanks and pumps, they are also all on Mains Electric.
The Restaurant itself is over 300 years old and is next door to the Rental Properties and has been very tastefully fully renovated by the current owners, with many original features, exposed original wooden ceiling beams and wood log burner in one of the Dining Areas.
Fully Licensed Restaurant registered with the Local Council.
The Restaurant has been open since July 2016 and has been awarded Tripadvisor’s Certificate of Excellence in 2018 and for 2019 as well.
Mainly English Customers but also a good mix of Spanish, Dutch, Belgium, German, Italian, French.
The Restaurant offers a unique opportunity to run a proven business/venue with a very good loyal client base with huge potential to expand the Business.
Currently only open Friday’s, Saturday’s and Sunday’s so considerable scope for extending these hours for increased trade.
Inside the Restaurant there is an entrance area and then there are 3 separate inside Dining Areas where you can sit 36 covers in total and outside on the Terrace you can sit approximately 24 covers. There is also a pool on the terrace and also an overhead awning which was erected in 2019.
Above the Restaurant there is also accommodation available which is where the current owners live.

The Cortijo’s are approximately 12 minutes from Huercal Overa which is the main town in the area which has Banks, Post Office, Dentists, Doctors, Theatre, Cinema, Opticians, the 4 main Supermarket chains in Spain and a UK Shop, and approximately 40 minutes to the coast either to Mojacar or San Juan de las Terreras.
Murcia International (Corvera) Airport is approximately 60 minutes.
Almeria Airport is approximately 70 minutes.
Alicante Airport is approximately 90 minutes.

Huércal-Overa is a village and a municipality of Almería province, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain, located near the border with the province of Murcia. The population of Huércal-Overa in 2014 was 18 374
