The large restaurant is spread over 220m2 with two dining areas with a capacity for 85 covers plus an open-air terrace. The owner’s accommodation is a self-contained house of 220m2 with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms complete with a kitchen, dining room/lounge, 2 terraces and 1 balcony.
The Hotel is frequented mostly by Spanish tourists, as well as a healthy portion of British and Dutch visitors as well as regular yearly Japanese travel tours looking to explore inland Andalusia.

There are many activities enjoyed by the guests, including hiking, fishing, cycling & horse riding besides exploring inland Andalusia and nearby Cordoba.
The current owners don’t pay for advertising and use only a few selected channel managers such as booking.com which presents an easy opportunity for the new owner’s to increase occupancy as well as reduce commissions and focus on international clients to impact the bottom line. There is further turnover uplift through extending the number of weeks available to trade, opening the restaurant on other days, and catering to events such as weddings and celebrations. There is also the option of expanding the size/amount of rooms.
